Dynata Survey Authoring: CMIX Release 98 Jul 7, 2026 10:00-11:00 EDT

Our next release for Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) is currently scheduled to occur on 2026-07-07 between 10:00am - 11:00am EDT. During this window, Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) will be unavailable, however data collection for launched projects will not be affected.

This release will feature a number of bug fixes and enhancements to the product.

Dynata Audience Solutions: Service Disruption

Identified - Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting Dynata Audience Solutions (Samplify and the Demand API).

We have confirmed that the disruption is affecting the Feasibility for newly created Samplify projects (Samplify and the Demand API), but it is not having an impact on the delivery of sample to live projects created using the tools.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.

Brand Lift Dashboard Refresh Delays

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - Dynata is observing delayed processing times for Brand Lift dashboard refreshes affecting a small subset of large, high-volume studies. For any study affected, all exposure and survey data continue to be collected as expected; the impact is limited to the timing of dashboard updates. Engineering has identified the contributing constraints and is deploying performance improvements designed to increase throughput and resiliency. Additional optimizations are scheduled to continue through the coming weeks.

Updates will be posted as enhancements progress.

Identified - Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting the Dynata Survey Authoring tool (Cmix). We have confirmed that while the disruption does affect the survey authoring tool login via the platform, it does not impact data collection for launched projects nor any other parts of Cmix.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.
