Dynata Survey Authoring: Upcoming Release Nov 4, 2025 12:00-13:00 EST

Our next release for Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) is currently scheduled to occur on November 04th between 12:00pm ET - 1:00pm ET.
During this window, Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) will be unavailable, however data collection for launched projects will not be affected.

Dynata Survey Authoring: Planned Maintenance Jan 14, 2026 10:00-16:00 EST

Please be aware that we will be performing a variety of system maintenance on the Dynata Survey Authoring tool (Cmix) on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 starting 10:00 PM EST and lasting 6h.

During this window, Dynata's survey authoring will be unavailable and data collection for launched projects will be briefly paused.

This scheduled maintenance is need for a database upgrade which helps ensure the platform stays secure, reliable and efficient.
