During this window, Dynata's Reporting & Analytics solution will be unavailable.

Dynata Survey Authoring: Upcoming Release Sep 3, 2026 10:00-11:00 EDT

Our next release for Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) is currently scheduled to occur on September 3, 2026 between 10:00 AM EDT - 11:00 AM EDT. During this window, Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) will be unavailable, however data collection for launched projects will not be affected.

This release will feature a number of bug fixes and enhancements to the product.

Investigating - Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting Dynata Plus Sample.

We have confirmed that the issue is affecting the ability to progress projects beyond the testing stage in Dynata Plus Sample, as projects continue to display "Test Not Started" even after the test has been completed successfully.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.
