Scheduled - Our next release for Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) is currently scheduled to occur on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 between 10:00 AM EDT - 10:30 AM EDT . During this window, Dynata's survey authoring tool (Cmix) will be unavailable, however data collection for launched projects will not be affected.

This release will feature a number of bug fixes and enhancements to the product.

We have confirmed that the disruption is affecting the tools themselves, but it is not having an impact on the delivery of sample to live projects created using the tools.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.

Identified - Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting Dynata Audience Solutions (Samplify and the Demand API).

We are currently investigating an issue that may prevent some Samplify projects from progressing from Queued to Live status.

Impacted projects may remain in a queued state longer than expected and not begin fielding automatically. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal operation.

If you have a project that remains queued and is not going live as expected, please contact Support immediately and include your project ID(s) so we can assist with prioritisation and investigation.
