Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting data collection through the Dynata Survey Authoring.

We have confirmed that an AWS service disruption is causing all surveys using custom javascript to fail, we are investigating how to mitigate the impact.

Surveys without custom javascript appear to be unaffected.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.
