Our teams have analyzed the ongoing service disruption affecting Dynata Audience Solutions (Samplify and the Demand API).

We have confirmed that the disruption is affecting the tools themselves (Samplify and the Demand API), and is also affecting the delivery of sample to live projects created using the tools, including :

• Audience launches
• Quota updates and changes
• Fieldwork pacing adjustments
• Project configuration updates
• Any other project-related changes requiring Traffic Control processing

This resulted in delays or failures in the execution of project changes until the service was restored.

Our team is working to resolve the issue as we speak, and we will provide an update shortly.
