Given how valued your business is to Dynata, we wanted to let you know about an important upcoming service improvement and what it means for you.
Dynata is committed to be the gold standard industry leader for innovative technology and services. Over the last 12 months we have made significant progress in moving our services to native cloud infrastructure. For our customers and respondents, this means better experiences, faster delivery, greater reliability, and better scalability as we grow to support your growing needs.
On Sunday, April 11th from 1:00 AM ET – 5:00 AM ET, we will be making the final steps of this transformation. During this 4-hour window:
1. Dynata’s sample systems - including the Samplify platform and related APIs - will be unavailable.
2. Active projects will not receive sample traffic and project management services will be offline for projects using our managed services, Samplify platform, or programmatic APIs.
3. API requests made against Sample APIs will return HTTP Status Code 503 (“Service Unavailable”) errors. As the maintenance window starts and then again when the maintenance window concludes, some requests may see a no response / request timeout error for a brief period.
4. We will be providing periodic updates to migration progress via Dynata’s Status Page at https://status.dynata.com
There is no action required from you and your Dynata team will work to ensure your projects stay on track before and after the migration. We have chosen a time which would cause the least disruption and we do not expect this brief maintenance window to have a significant impact on our ability to meet your data collection needs.
